Kerr Interiors have just completed the transformation of a rundown warehouse and into a prestigious new HQ Distribution building for Crawshaws the Butchers. The new look building incorporates Freezer and Chiller units allowing for the Manufacturing and preparation of meat for their retail market. Kerr also created new offices for the administration and management staff of Crawshaws and a new Retail shop on site for Crawshaws customers. The overall project was completed within budget and on time.
Kerr Interiors are proud to announce we recently completed the full refurbishment of 9-11 James Street Harrogate, taking a vacant empty shop and transforming the whole building into 3 stunning floors of Jewellery merchandising on behalf of Hugh Rice the jeweller’s With a number of extremely challenging design concepts to meet the Kerr Project team worked closely with the Hugh Rice Design team to ensure that the very high standard of workmanship required was achieved. Kerr Interiors are currently undertaking the dilapidation and reinstatement works of units 1, 2 and 3 at Sandbeds Trading Estate in Ossett West Yorkshire. Working alongside St Modwen developments this phase of works follows the successful completion of similar works carried out by Kerr Interiors in 2013 when we undertook the refurbishment of Units 4, 6, 7 and 8 creating a high standard of letting space.The total value
Kerr Interiors have recently completed the fit out of the prestigious 4 floor Victoria Place office building in Leeds. Working in partnership with Patrick Properties the developers and their property agents the 1.8 Million pound refurbishment was completed in 18 weeks both on time and within budget. Kerr Interiors were appointed principal contractor and worked with the whole project team to ensure the completed building exceeded the client's expectations.
Working together with HFT Kerr interiors have completed the refurbishment of 2 no Care Homes in Bedfordshire. The two schemes which required co-ordination and management to ensure the difficult programme was met were completed on time. The value was in excess of 800k in value and Kerr Interiors ensured the buildings were available for the return of the guests as required.
